Our Story

A Junction where regional India meets everyday cravings

Kairav's Curry Junction opened its doors inside A1 Indian Plaza on Fairburn Street, bringing Greater Sudbury a menu that refuses to sit still. Chef Namit Thakur built the kitchen around dishes he grew up on — Punjabi curries, tandoor-fired classics, roadside chaat — then let them collide with the flavours Sudbury already loves, from Indo-Chinese stir-fries to loaded poutine and hand-rolled wraps.

The result is a menu built for real cravings: something rich and slow-cooked on a cold night, something fast and portable on a lunch break, something shareable for the table. Every dish still starts the same way, with whole spices toasted in-house and bread pulled fresh from the tandoor.

Why the Junction

One menu, every craving

We didn't want to be a one-lane curry house. Here's what keeps regulars coming back.

Serious variety

Fourteen menu categories spanning curries, tandoori, biryani, chaat, Indo-Chinese, wraps, burgers and more — one stop for the whole table.

Bold, unapologetic flavour

Whole-spice masalas, tandoor char, and sauces built from scratch — nothing here is toned down for the buffet line.

Everyday cravings, covered

Quick lunch wraps and poutine, big shareable curries for dinner, chaat for a snack — built for however you actually eat.
